Jaclyn Herr serves as the Vice President of Operations and Chief of Staff to the COO at TeeTurtle, where responsibilities include overseeing customer experience and operational efficiency. With extensive experience in customer support and operations management, Jaclyn previously held roles at Kyruus, including Senior Manager of Customer Support Operations, and contributed significantly to the growth of the Customer Success team at Hatch. In addition to professional responsibilities, Jaclyn is actively involved as a Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. Jaclyn holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Classical Studies and English Language and Literature from the University of Missouri-Columbia, along with certifications in Data Analytics from General Assembly.
