Tarcísio Felisardo

Tarcísio Felisardo currently serves as the Director of People Management & Sustainability at Tegma Gestão Logística S/A, one of Brazil's largest logistics operators, since September 2016. Prior to this role, Tarcísio held various positions at International Meal Company from August 1991 to June 2016, culminating in the role of Corporate HR Director, overseeing a workforce of approximately 15,000 across seven countries. Tarcísio has also contributed to the human resources sector as Director of Human Resources at Companhia Tradicional de Comércio and has held managerial roles at RA Catering. Earlier in the career, Tarcísio worked as an HR Analyst at both Concretex S.A. and GRSA - Grupo de Soluções em Alimentação. Tarcísio holds a degree in Administration from Universidade São Paulo / Santana.
