Karina Flores Negron is a seasoned professional in market intelligence and audience insights, currently serving as Senior Manager at TEGNA since December 2021. Prior to this role, Karina held the position of Director of Audience Insights & Strategy at WXIA/11Alive. With extensive experience in research, Karina worked as Research Director for multiple markets at Hearst Television from February 2012 to December 2021 and began a career at Nielsen as a Client Service Account Executive from January 2005 to December 2010. Karina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras.
