Sean Hetzler currently serves as the Sr. Director of Tax at TEGNA, where Sean leads the corporate tax group handling planning, compliance, provision, and controversy. Prior to TEGNA, Sean worked at PwC for over nine years, specializing in tax due diligence and structuring in the mergers and acquisitions group. Sean holds a MS in Taxation from the University of Virginia and a BS in Accounting from the University of Maryland.
