Tim McNamara

Tim McNamara is an experienced sales leader currently serving as the Director of Sales at TEGNA since November 2010, overseeing a team responsible for sales efforts across two linear TV stations, an OTT product, and various digital products, achieving annual billings of $85 million. Prior to this role, Tim held the position of Director of Sales at Tribune Broadcasting from August 2003 to November 2010, and previously worked at WGN-TV as both Local Sales Manager and National Sales Manager between June 1998 and August 2003. Early career experience includes roles such as Account Executive at The Walt Disney Company and Sales Manager at New World Sales and Marketing. Tim's education includes a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Communication from Marquette University, completed in 1988.
