Stephen Semeniw

Stephen Semeniw has worked in a variety of roles in the technology and media industries since 1989. Stephen began their career as a Field Engineer at Schlumberger in 1989, and then moved to Tee-Comm Electronics, Inc. in 1994 as a Manager of Strategic Planning. In 1995, they became Manager of Network Planning + Channels at Naspers Limited - Nethold Electronic Media. Stephen then became Regional Manager, Europe at Naspers Limited - Irdeto in 1996, followed by Director, Sales + Marketing at Naspers Limited - Mindport / Media Commerce Technologies (MCT) in 1998. In 1999, they joined Technomedia Consulting Inc. as a Management Consultant, specializing in Internet, broadcast, and hybrid retail based media/entertainment distribution and related high technology platforms. In 2009, they became a Management Consultant at Quantus Capital Corporation, and then Co-Founder of Tego Cyber Inc. in 2019.

Stephen Semeniw began their education at John Rennie High School. Stephen then attended CEGEP - John Abbott College, where they obtained a DCS / DEC in Pure and Applied Sciences. Following this, Stephen attended the University of Waterloo, where they obtained a BASc in Electrical Engineering. Finally, Stephen attended IESE Business School, where they obtained an MBA in a Bilingual Spanish / English Program.
