Andrew Hawes

Andrew Hawes has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Andrew currently holds the role of Principal Architect at Transparity. Prior to this, they worked at Clarity Ventures, Inc. for a duration of ten years as Lead Developer/System Architect, where they were responsible for web application and integration design and development, project management, and client communication. Before that, they worked at Sneaky Games as a Senior Programmer/Data Manager, where they led third-party integration and marketing efforts for web, mobile, and desktop games. Andrew also worked as the Director of Technology at InsideOut Studios, LLC, where they played a key role in developing the technical aspects of a web-based start-up service. Additionally, Andrew Hawes served as the Regional Director of eDOT Ukraine for Greater Europe Mission, providing leadership and representation for the organization's technology-focused team. Andrew started their career as the Director of Web Services/Webmaster at the Home School Legal Defense Association, where they developed and implemented web services for a non-profit membership organization.

Andrew Hawes attended Youngstown State University from 1991 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree (B.F.A.) in Graphic Design/Computer Graphics. Prior to that, between 1988 and 1990, they attended Virginia Tech, but no degree or field of study was specified.
