Monika Saboo, PMP

Monika Saboo, PMP has extensive experience in product engineering, program management, and quality management. Monika currently holds the position of Director of Product Engineering-Head of Delivery at InvestCloud Financial Supermarket™, where they lead multiple product engineering teams globally and ensures the successful delivery of products to clients. Prior to this, they worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Product Owner - Design System, where they led strategic programs and products to align and implement digital initiatives. Monika also worked at North Shore-LIJ Health System as a Program Director, overseeing the Quality Management function. Monika also has experience in academia, as they worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Long Island University. Earlier in their career, they worked at The Long Island Rail Road as a Manager for Systems Development, where they led software and project development and enforced quality standards. Monika also worked as an Application Developer at Nortel Networks. Monika's work experience highlights their expertise in agile and lean delivery, modernizing engineering practices, program management, and software development.

Monika Saboo, PMP, has a strong educational background in management engineering and computer/information technology administration and management. Monika obtained a Master's degree in Management Engineering from Long Island University from 2001 to 2003, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from the same university from 1999 to 2000. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from the University of Rajasthan from 1991 to 1994.

In addition to their educational background, Monika Saboo has also obtained a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
