Ruth-Anne Harte

Ruth-Anne Harte has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Ruth-Anne began their career as a Futures and Options Operations Assistant at SHELL INTERNATIONAL PETROLEUM COMPANY LIMITED in 1990. Ruth-Anne then worked as a Business Support Manager at Citi Futures Brokerage from 1993 to 1996. From 1996 to 2001, they worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co., initially as an Associate and later as a Project Manager. Ruth-Anne then joined SunGard, now part of FIS, as a Financial Services Professional from 2001 to 2004. Ruth-Anne then moved to Capco, where they worked as a Senior Consultant from 2004 to 2007. Ruth-Anne subsequently joined Citi Private Bank as a Senior Vice President, focusing on Business Process Reengineering & Operations Strategy from 2007 to 2008. From 2008 to 2018, they worked at Morgan Stanley as a Managing Director, leading the program management for Wealth Management digital strategy and delivering transformational initiatives. In 2018, Ruth-Anne joined WeWork as a Vice President, overseeing Transformation and Controls until 2020 when they joined InvestCloud Financial Supermarket™ as a Transformation Leader.
