Joosep Sibul

Joosep Sibul is an accomplished entrepreneur and mentor with extensive experience in e-commerce and startup development. As Co-Founder of Hertwill since May 2022, Joosep is focused on transforming the global dropshipping market. Joosep also supports early-stage startups as a mentor at Tartu Science Park and Tehnopol, where expertise in user acquisition, product development, and digital marketing is shared. Previous roles include Product Manager of Digital Channels at Omniva, overseeing the development of digital services in the Baltic region, and Head of Ecommerce and Development at Rahva Raamat AS, managing online sales and digital initiatives. Joosep began the entrepreneurial journey as Co-Founder of Roomscape Escape Rooms, pivoting from academic pursuits in philosophy to innovative business ventures. Joosep holds an M.B.A. in Entrepreneurship and Technology Management and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and International Relations from the University of Tartu.
