Asieh Darvish serves as the Head of the Nursing Informatics Department at Smart University of Medical Sciences since October 2018, focusing on modular online courses in Nursing Informatics. Additionally, Darvish has been a lecturer at Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS) since 1996, teaching IT courses to Nursing and Midwifery students at various academic levels, including international students. This role extends back to 1991 at TUMS. Darvish holds a PhD in Information Technology Management from Islamic Azad University, Science And Research Branch, completed between 2014 and 2019, and an MSc in Information Technology Management in Medicine from Amirkabir University of Technology, achieved from 2007 to 2009.
