Serkan Kırbıyık

Serkan Kırbıyık is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the aerospace sector, currently serving as Principal Engineer in DFMA & Tolerance Management at TEI - TUSAŞ Engine Industries, Inc. since November 2017, and has held various senior roles including Chief Engineer, Staff Engineer, and Advanced Lead Engineer. Prior to this, Serkan worked at GE Aviation from January 2012 to November 2017 as Lead Design Engineer, where responsibilities included enhancing communication between design and suppliers, supporting cost reduction initiatives, and managing engineering projects for high pressure turbine hardware. Earlier roles include Manufacturing Engineer at Alp Havacılık and Project Engineer at Ankur Project, showcasing a diverse background in engineering design and project management. Serkan is pursuing an Executive MBA at Bilkent University, complementing a solid educational foundation that includes studies at the University of Michigan and a degree from Eskişehir Osmangazi Üniversitesi.
