Joanna Davoile

Joanna Davoile currently serves as the Executive Director of Operations and Executive Director (Assets) at Wales & West Housing, with a history in leadership roles such as Director of Development. Joanna is also a Board Member at Teign Housing and SHAL Housing. Prior experience includes serving as the Group Head of Development Strategy, Policy and Performance, and Regional Head of Development at Sovereign Housing Association, along with roles at Aster Group UK and various councils, notably as Head of Housing Strategy at Teignbridge District Council. Joanna holds an M.B.A. from Falmouth University and a Postgraduate Certificate from the University of Plymouth, complemented by foundational education at Henley College and The Holt School.
