Gitte Geurds

Gitte Geurds has extensive work experience in human resources management. Gitte began their career in 2001 at KNHS, where they held the position of Hoofd Personeel & Organisatie and was responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development. Gitte also led several projects and reorganizations during their tenure. In 2014, Gitte worked as an Assessor/Reviewer for the Nederlandse Vereniging voor Personeelsmanagement & Organisatieontwikkeling, certifying HR professionals. From 2015 to 2022, they worked at Teijin Aramid as an HR&O Manager and Senior HR Officer, overseeing HR operations in Europe. Currently, Gitte holds the position of Senior HR Manager Europe at Teijin Limited and will assume the role of HR Director Europe in April 2023.

Gitte Geurds attended Saxion University of Applied Sciences from 1998 to 2001, where they studied Personeel & Arbeid. Gitte then attended HAN University of Applied Sciences from 2005 to 2007, majoring in VO. From 2007 to 2009, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resource Management at HAN University of Applied Sciences. In 2012, they completed a course in NLP at Iep Nijmegen. Finally, in 2013, they participated in a collegereeks Bedrijfskunde at Neyenrode.
