Ngan Nguyen

Ngan Nguyen has been working in the field of Computational Science since 2008. Ngan began their career as a Graduate Student Researcher at UC Santa Cruz in 2008. In 2014, they joined Atreca, Inc., where they held the roles of Bioinformatics Scientist, Bioinformatics Scientist II, Senior Bioinformatics Scientist, Associate Director of Bioinformatics, and Director of Bioinformatics. In 2022, they became the Vice President of Computational Science at Teiko.bio.

Ngan Nguyen obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Bioengineering: Bioinformatics from the University of California, San Diego between 2005 and 2008. Ngan then went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Biomolecular Engineering and Bioinformatics from the University of California, Santa Cruz between 2008 and 2010. Finally, they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biomolecular Engineering and Bioinformatics from the University of California, Santa Cruz between 2008 and 2014. Prior to this, they attended De Anza College between 2003 and 2005.
