José Hernández has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. José began their career in 2014 as a Commission Sales Associate at cable Mobil. In 2016, they worked as a Customer Service Agent at OneLink BPO, where they provided customer service for avianca.com. Later that year, they joined Concentrix as a Senior Sales Agent, a role they held until 2018. José then moved to SYKES El Salvador in 2018 and worked as a Customer Service Agent for Hotwire.com. In 2019, they joined Blackhawk Network as a Call Center Customer Service Representative until 2021. Currently, José holds the position of General Manager Customer Service at teip, where they manage service team members and ensures the team's objectives and goals are met.
José Hernández completed their Bachelor's degree in Languages (Licenciatura) from the Universidad Tecnológica de El Salvador in the period between 2014 and 2019. In addition to their formal education, José obtained three additional certifications from Zendesk: Foundational Support in May 2023, Explore / analytics in April 2023, and Guide / self-service in April 2023.
