Charles Large

Charles Large is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Currently serving as Chairman of the Board at Teitur Trophics since June 2020, Charles Large has also been the Founder and Chief Executive Officer as well as the Chief Scientific Officer at Autifony Therapeutics since August 2011. Previous roles include Scientific Advisor at Aptuit from July 2010 to August 2011, and a notable tenure at GlaxoSmithKline from October 1995 to June 2010, where Charles Large held positions as Director of Molecular and Cellular Biology and Group Leader. Earlier experience includes working as a Neuropharmacologist at Glaxo Group Research from October 1989 to October 1995. Charles Large earned a PhD in Dopamine receptors and schizophrenia and a BSc. Hons in Pharmacology from the University of Bristol, as well as completing studies at Repton School.
