Paulo Mendes

Paulo Mendes serves as the Head of Legal for LATAM at Teixeira Duarte - Engenharia e Construções since February 2021, while also holding the position of Senior Legal Consultant and Head of Legal MENA at Teixeira Duarte SA since February 2015. Additionally, Paulo Mendes has been recognized as a Brazilian Qualified Lawyer at OAB SP since 2017 and a Portuguese Qualified Lawyer with the Ordem dos Advogados Portugueses since 2004. Paulo Mendes earned a Master of Laws (LLM) in Banking and Finance from Queen Mary University of London between 2009 and 2010, specializing in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law.
