David C. Maraccini

David C. Maraccini's work experience begins in 1994 as an Operation/Finance Manager at Conpac Group Inc, where they implemented and redesigned the inventory system to decrease overhead warehouse expenses. David C. then worked at Anchor Container Corporation as an Operations Manager, where they launched the Stock Box Division and Warehouse Programs.

In 2005, Maraccini became the Director of Operations and Customer Service at Trudeau Management, where they marketed, published, distributed, and promoted media coverage for self-published books. David C. was recognized as Employee of the Year for improving customer service efficiency and customer return time.

From 2008 to 2011, Maraccini worked at the Chicago Investment Advisory Council as a Finance Business Owner, advising clients on financial and investment products and services. David C. cultivated partnerships with functional leaders and developed financial data to help manage their businesses.

Maraccini then became the Business Owner at American Family Insurance, achieving high sales quotas and selling additional coverage and investment products to individuals and commercial companies.

From 2013 to 2017, Maraccini served as the Director of Operations at Gourmet Gift Concepts, where they implemented processes to improve inventory planning and reduced employment turnover. David C. also integrated an additional facility to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

In 2017, Maraccini worked as the Executive Operations Director at Sodexo, overseeing facility operations for Chicago Public School buildings.

From 2018 to 2021, Maraccini was the Vice President of Operations at Corporate Cleaning Services, Inc., where they managed all aspects of operations and business, increased monthly revenue, and implemented customer service reporting.

From 2021 to 2023, Maraccini served as the Vice President of Operations at Crumbl Cookies, expanding and scaling the brand within Illinois and opening multiple franchise stores.

Currently, Maraccini is the Vice President of Operations at Tejvi Holdings Franchise Group, focused on managing multi-brand and multi-unit franchised locations in the Health and Wellness industry.

David C. Maraccini obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Corporate Finance and Strategic Management from Northern Illinois University in 2000. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, General from Roosevelt University in 1999. Their education also includes an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Elgin Community College, completed in 1996. Additionally, they hold several certifications in basketball and soccer coaching, as well as in casualty, property, life, and fire insurance production, obtained from various state institutions.
