Bonnie Goertzen

Bonnie brings more than 15 years of executive experience in people leadership and operational excellence to Tek Experts. She has a proven track record of driving growth and profit through the execution of innovative strategies by engaged teams at world-class technical enterprises like Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Bonnie was also instrumental in launching and scaling Tek Experts as COO from 2015 to 2019, overseeing expansion from 500 employees to 4500 employees around the world. In both people and operational leadership, outside organizations have leaned on Bonnie’s expertise for nearly a decade to consult on performance optimization, employee growth, and leadership development. Bonnie brings her unique experience as both an operational leader and a people leader to Tek Experts, accelerating the growth of the organization by developing an exceptional workplace for exceptional people. Since taking the helm of Tek Experts HR in February of 2022, Bonnie is partnering with global HR leaders to optimize and implement new job architecture, compensation strategies, company values, and performance management programs, and will be continuing to help the teams grow and thrive in the workplace.
