Jeremy Elape is an accomplished quality management professional with extensive experience in leading quality teams and implementing systems that enhance operational excellence and customer experience. Currently serving as the Regional Quality Manager (APAC) at Tek Experts since July 2019, Jeremy designs and executes tailored quality management processes for the APAC region. Prior to this role, Jeremy worked at Convergys from April 2008 to April 2019, progressing through various positions, including Operational Performance Analyst, Senior Associate in Quality Performance, Quality Analyst, Subject Matter Expert/Escalations Representative, and Customer Service Representative.
