Jibril Bello

Jibril Bello is a seasoned professional with a strong background in technical support and information technology. Currently serving as a Subject Matter Expert at Tek Experts since November 2021, Jibril is responsible for ensuring the quality planning and delivery of support services related to Microsoft solutions, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences. Prior experience includes roles such as Microsoft Office 365 Technical Lead and Information Technology Help Desk Support at AB Microfinance Bank Nigeria Limited, where Jibril managed IT support for multiple branches. Additional experience includes a machinist role at Deton Packaging in the UAE and a position as a Computer Systems/Technical Assistant with the Federal Ministry of Youth and Sports Development. Jibril holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Fountain University Osogbo, obtained in 2017.
