Nguyễn Lê Tuấn (Jonathan), a PMP® and Six Sigma Green Belt certified professional, is currently working as the First-line Delivery Manager for the OpenText Quote Assistance team at Tek Experts. In this role, Nguyễn leads a team of 18 professionals and is responsible for their overall performance. Additionally, Nguyễn has experience as a Subject Matter Expert for Microfocus and as a Technical Support Advocate for Microsoft at the same company. Prior to this, Nguyễn worked as an Audit Associate at PwC, a Consultant at BEETSOFT Co., Ltd, and as a Business Analyst Intern at VNP Group. Nguyễn received their education at Foreign Trade University from 2015-2019.
