Quynh Ngo Nguyen

Quynh Ngo Nguyen is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in team management and service delivery, currently serving as Section Manager and Support Delivery Manager at Tek Experts since March 2013. Quynh has successfully transitioned between various roles, enhancing team performance and customer satisfaction through effective management and resource allocation. Prior to Tek Experts, Quynh worked at CSC as an IT Support Helpdesk and at Panasonic as an IT Staff and Network Administrator. Additionally, Quynh served as a lecturer for CCNA and CCNP courses at IPMAC Networking Academy. Quynh holds a Bachelor's degree in IT and Networking from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, obtained in 2010.
