Alexandros Papadakis is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles within the HR field. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at TEKA Systems since January 2011, responsibilities include resource allocation, targeted selection recruitment, training and development, evaluation of consultants, and project monitoring. Previous experience at Coca-Cola HBC from April 2003 to December 2010 involved several HR managerial positions, during which Alexandros developed and implemented annual HR business plans, improved employee relations, designed compensation and benefits strategies, and contributed to significant reorganizational initiatives. Alexandros holds a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance from Sheffield Hallam University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The University of Sheffield.
