Rohit O

Rohit O has worked in the Human Resources field since 2014. Rohit began as a Human Resources Trainee at Magna Systems International and then moved to Ramsoft Systems Inc in 2015 as a Human Resources Associate. In 2016, they worked as a Recruiting Manager at TekInvaderZ IT Consulting and Staffing and then as a Senior Recruitment Manager at CODETRU. In these roles, they recruited technical professionals in IT, Accounting and Finance for contract, contract-to-hire and direct placement positions. Rohit also assisted candidates throughout the entire hiring process, cultivated relationships with existing clients and candidates, connected with talented CRAs in the Central US, bridged relationships between candidates and Talent Acquisition and met regularly with Talent Acquisition to assess hiring needs.
