Dipanjali DS has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Dipanjali has held various leadership roles, including Human Resources Director at Q2 Impact, where they developed HR policies, led hiring efforts, and ensured compliance with labor laws. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Human Resources at DMI, where they built the HR infrastructure and ensured compliance with government regulations. Dipanjali has also held HR roles at TESPA INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED and Everonn Education Limited. In addition, they have worked as a Principal Consultant and Principal Recruitment Consultant, conducting full-cycle recruitment activities and building strong client relationships at Randstad India and Reach Management Consultant Pvt Ltd respectively.

Dipanjali DS completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resource from ICFAI between 2006 and 2008.
