Dave Farquhar

Dave Farquhar is an experienced instructional designer and technical writer with a strong background in curriculum development and training management. Currently serving as an Instructional Designer at Tekmark Global Solutions since June 2019, Dave conducts DACUM job and task analysis for American Electric Power (AEP) Transmission University and develops training content. Previously, at McGraw-Hill Education, Dave designed a self-study curriculum that significantly reduced training duration for the Case Management team. Dave held roles at Discover Financial Services as a Senior Curriculum Designer and Training Manager, overseeing multiple projects and promoting training across various departments. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Theology/Psychology from Ohio Christian University and pending studies in Philosophy from Holy Apostles College and Seminary.
