Vima Dorawala has been with Tekmark Global Solutions since January 1999 and is currently the Senior Vice President of Recruiting Operations & Sales. In their role, they are responsible for leading the recruitment operations and sales teams. Vima is also responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Under their leadership, the recruitment team has successfully placed thousands of consultants with clients in a wide variety of industries. The team has also helped Tekmark to grow its client base by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. In addition to their work with Tekmark, Vima has also been active in the community, volunteering their time with several local organizations.
