María Abajo Rica

María Abajo Rica has extensive experience in quality management and human resources, currently serving in the role of Calidad y rrhh at Teknei since January 2021. Previously, María held the position of Human Resources Department Manager and Global Quality Manager at Systems Group from April 2007 to January 2021, where responsibilities included management of HR processes and implementation of quality systems. Prior to that, María worked as a Técnico de calidad at Vascasa, contributing to quality management according to the EFQM model. María holds a degree in Psychology from Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea, obtained between 2000 and 2005.
