Tom Lay

Tom Lay is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and analysis. Currently serving as Finance Manager at Teknos since September 2022, Tom leads finance reporting and is a member of the Senior Leadership team for two entities. Prior to this role, Tom held positions at Riviera Travel as a Commercial Finance Business Partner and at Audley Travel as Commercial Finance Manager, where responsibilities included budget preparation, forecasting, and P&L ownership. Tom began a career as a Commercial Finance Analyst at Fresh Direct (UK), focusing on monthly accounts and performance analysis, and has also gained experience as an Assistant Project Manager at BMW Group and a Sales Executive at webexpenses. Tom holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from the University of Kent.
