Robert E McNamara

Robert E McNamara has served as a director since June 2021. From 2012 to 2016, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of LDR Holding/Spine, Inc. (acquired by Zimmer Biomet), a global medical device company focused on designing and commercializing novel and proprietary surgical technologies for treatment of patients suffering from spine disorders. From 2008 to 2012, Robert served as a consulting Chief Financial Officer for several companies, including a private medical device manufacturer, a public biotech company, and a private nanotech company in the clean tech industry. From 2004 to 2008, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Accuray, Inc. (NASDAQ: ARAY), a radiation oncology company that develops, manufactures, and sells precise, innovative tumor treatment solutions, where he led its initial public offering. In 2015, Robert was named by Acquisition International Magazine as Texas Healthcare Chief Financial Officer of the year.

Robert has served as a member of the board of directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Axonics, Inc. (NASDAQ: AXNX), a medical technology company, since December 2018, and as a member of the board of directors and Chairman of the Compensation Committee of Xtant Medical Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: XTNT), a manufacturer and marketer of class-leading regenerative medicine products and medical devices, since February 2018. From 2006 to 2009, he was a member of the board of directors of Northstar Neurosciences (NASDAQ: NSTR), a medical device company. Robert is the former mayor of Menlo Park, California, and a certified public accountant (non-active). He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of San Francisco and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
