Tony Verhoeven

Tony Verhoeven has over 23 years of experience in the field of network engineering and analysis. Tony is currently working as a Network Analyst at TekSavvy Solutions Inc. since August 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Network Consultant at IOSecure starting from January 2022. Tony also has experience as a Network Analyst at Union Gas from August 2007 to October 2021. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Network Engineer at JWT from November 2005 to August 2007, and at Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP from October 2003 to November 2005. Tony's professional journey began at marchFIRST / USWeb / CKS / Divine, where they held the position of a Network Engineer from 1999 to 2001.

Tony Verhoeven has a diverse education history. In 1980, they attended Ursuline College for an unspecified field of study. From 1986 to 1987, they pursued Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Fanshawe College. Following that, from 1988 to 1990, they enrolled in the Canadian Forces School of Communication and Electronics, specializing in Electronics Technology/Technician. In the same institution, they also studied Advanced Electronic Engineering for a brief period in 1990.

In addition to their formal education, Tony Verhoeven has obtained several certifications. In 2001, they earned the Cisco Certified Network Professional Routing and Switching (CCNP Routing and Switching) from Cisco. More recently, in 2021, they completed the Learning Python course provided by LinkedIn. In 2022, they acquired the Certified Fiber Optic Technician (CFOT) certification from The Fiber Optic Association, Inc. (FOA) and the Fortinet nse4 certification from Fortinet.
