Yoav Ohayon (BSc, MBA)

Yoav Ohayon has a diverse work experience in manufacturing operations, with a focus on leadership, process optimization, and driving results. Yoav has held various management roles in different companies. In their most recent position as Director of Manufacturing Operations at Tekscan, Yoav hired and managed a team while implementing key performance indicators to improve production and resource utilization. Prior to that, they served as Senior Manufacturing Manager at Samsung NeuroLogica, where they provided leadership and implemented process optimization initiatives. Yoav also has experience in manufacturing planning and execution at TransMedics, Inc. and Nypro, where they achieved profitability and maintained strict adherence to cleanroom standards. Earlier in their career at Sanmina, they managed a sales portfolio and led manufacturing line development. Yoav began their career as a Method and Organization Engineer at Strauss LTD, where they analyzed and improved manufacturing processes. Yoav holds a BSc and an MBA degree.
