Swati S. Srivastava

Swati S. Srivastava has extensive work experience in the field of HR recruitment and service delivery management. Swati currently holds the position of Service Delivery Manager at Tekshapers since March 2022. Previously, they worked as a Recruitment Team lead at the same company since August 2010.

Before joining Tekshapers, Swati worked as a Recruitment Manager at TekShapers Software Solutions Pvt.Ltd from August 2013 to April 2022.

Prior to that, they worked as a Snr.HR Recruiter at ATJ consultants from June 2009 to April 2010.

Swati gained early experience in HR recruitment as an Hr Recruiter-Management trainee at Pro hr solutions from November 2008 to May 2009. Their responsibilities there included handling the recruitment process, line up candidates, follow-up, maintaining the MIS and database.

Swati also briefly worked at flyjac logistics pvt. ltd. in 2008, where they handled the process of recruitment and selection from May 2008 to July 2008.

From 2007 to 2009, Swati S. Srivastava pursued a PGDM degree with a focus on H.R and Marketing at the Institute of Technology and Science in Ghaziabad.
