Meghna Mohanani, CIR, ACIR, CSMR

Meghna Mohanani has over 10 years of experience in the recruiting and talent management industry. In 2015, they began working as a Senior Recruiter for both TekStream Solutions and CGI. At TekStream Solutions, they provided strategic full life cycle recruiting support to several clients across the US. In 2012, they began working as a Technical Recruiter for Ellucian, a global technology company that provides software and services to help colleges and universities manage their operations. Meghna managed the full life cycle recruiting for positions in 13 countries, and was responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates utilizing latest trends in Social Media, Personal Networks, niche traffic sites, and other media. In 2010, they took on the role of Recruiting Manager at a confidential company. In this role, they led, trained, and mentored a team of two recruiters, created high level strategic plans to meet current and future staffing needs, and improved the process for interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees. In 2008, Meghna began working as a Recruiter and Recruiting Coordinator for C2 Portfolio Essentials, Inc. In this role, they assisted team members with job postings, sourcing, and screening, maintained Applicant Tracking, and generated and maintained statistical reports.

Meghna Mohanani has an extensive educational background. Meghna completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Development from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies between 2003 and 2005. Before that, they earned their Bachelors in Electronics from Delhi University between 2000 and 2003. Meghna also completed their High School from Happy Model School between 1988 and 2000. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from AIRS, including CIR, CSMR, and ACIR.
