Theresa Marusak

Theresa Marusak has over 17 years of professional experience in the recruitment and staffing industry. Theresa began their career in 2003 as a Case Manager at CMMC. In 2006, they moved to SNI Companies as a Recruiting Manager, where they recruited talented professionals for direct hire opportunities and provided consultative assistance to clients. In 2010, they joined HireStrategy as Senior Director of Finance & Accounting Search, specializing in the recruitment of outstanding candidates for positions in operational accounting, financial reporting, internal audit, tax, contract administration, payroll, FP&A, treasury, consulting and compliance. Most recently, in 2018, they joined TekStream Solutions as a Senior Recruiter, helping companies manage and leverage their assets to fuel innovation, improve customer relationships and reduce costs.

Theresa Marusak received a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Sociology from West Virginia Wesleyan College between 1998 and 2002.
