William Moore has extensive work experience in software engineering and development. William currently holds the position of Application Engineer IV (PRO) at VMware and Senior Software Engineer at TekStream Solutions.

In their previous role as a Solutions Architect & Full Stack Developer at Genentech, William was responsible for creating a cloud first solution and leading daily development. William successfully delivered applications in a timely manner by architecting software solutions in an AWS environment using service-oriented architecture. Additionally, they conducted dev-ops tasks such as building pipelines, deployments, and environments, while also handling front-end and back-end development using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Express, Serverless, Lambda, S3, and other technologies.

Prior to their role at Genentech, William worked as an Application Developer at The Walt Disney Company, a Lead Full Stack Developer at Softrams, a Senior Software Engineer at EvidenceCare and Tenant Inc., and a Software Engineer & Technical Lead at CompanyA. In these positions, they showcased their expertise in full-stack development, team coordination, project management, and transitioning monolith to microservice-based architecture.

Before that, William worked as a Front End Lead at Boeing and as a Software Engineer and Frontend Developer at Black Swan Data. During their time at Black Swan Data, they contributed to the development of inflight entertainment on closed internal networks for airplane environments and worked on media playback, video playback controls, troubleshooting bugs, and customer communication. William also played a role in creating an administration console for internal Panasonic systems.

William Moore has a diverse education history. William first attended the Academy of Art University in 2005 but did not obtain a degree. In 2007, they briefly attended Methodist University, also without obtaining a degree. William then pursued an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Science at Barstow Community College from 2008 to 2009.

Following this, William enrolled at DeVry University from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Game and Simulation Programming. In addition to their formal education, William has also obtained certifications in Cyber Security Awareness Training from ESET North America in April 2020, Google Cloud Platform from Qwiklabs in June 2019, and Security Guard from the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services in April 2013.
