Denis Ouellet

Denis Ouellet currently serves as the Executive Director of Operations at TEKsystems, following a tenure as Director of Market Operations at Aston Carter, where a commitment to providing superior recruitment and staffing services was emphasized. Prior experience includes significant leadership roles with Aerotek, including Director of Market Operations, where Denis managed operations in Montreal and Ottawa and led Diversity & Inclusion efforts as Chair of the Canadian Diversity Board. Denis began a career in staffing and recruitment with roles such as Sales Manager and Account Manager at Aerotek, and started in the financial sector at TD Canada Trust. Denis holds an Honors BHSc in Health Science from Western University.
