Emily O'Malley Wilson is a Principal Talent Specialist at TEKsystems since January 2019, specializing in managing and upskilling a team of BA/PM specialist recruiters while also overseeing their own portfolio of consultants. Prior to this, Emily held various roles in recruitment, including Senior Recruitment Consultant and Technical Recruiter, where Emily O'Malley focused on placing consultants in IT Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Programme Manager positions. Emily's experience includes serving as a Sales Executive at Jaguar Land Rover, providing detailed customer service in a boutique showroom, and working with the Charles Hurst Group Ltd - Toyota as a Sales Executive and Administrator, where Emily O'Malley excelled at negotiation and customer relations. Additionally, a year was spent traveling in Southeast Asia and Australia before beginning a career at Jaguar Land Rover. Emily's educational background includes studies at Parkhall College.
