Heather Foley, PMP, is an experienced project manager currently contracted with TEKsystems, where responsibilities include managing an advanced software rollout for an international insurance services company. Previously, Heather served as the Director of Customer Support and the Director of the Program Management Office at ACT Aspire, LLC, enhancing product usage and overseeing CRM and ERP system implementations. At Pearson, Heather held several roles, culminating as the Master Scheduler and Portfolio Manager, where key achievements included developing a schedule repository tool and managing project managers. Heather’s early experience includes roles in market research and academic administration while pursuing an MBA and a BS in Psychology from the University of Iowa.
