Layla Sharifi

Layla Sharifi is an experienced professional currently serving as the Division Lead for Application Services at TEKsystems since June 2019. In this role, Layla has focused on supporting business partners in the Media and Entertainment vertical, utilizing expertise in local market trends and analytics to assist customers in attracting and retaining top technical talent. Prior experience includes positions as an Account Executive and Account Manager, as well as a Technical Recruiter specializing in Microsoft Technologies. Layla's background also features roles in retail and marketing, including a position as a Marketing Intern at The Columbia City Ballet and as a Peer Leader at the University of South Carolina. Layla holds a degree in Marketing and Management from the University of South Carolina, complemented by a transformative experience during Semester At Sea in 2018.
