Louie Franzone

Louie Franzone currently serves as a Northeast Regional Recruiter for Infrastructure Optimization at TEKsystems since September 2023, contributing to IT staffing solutions and talent management. Louie has held multiple leadership roles within the Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity, including Social Chair, House Manager, and Recruitment Chair, demonstrating expertise in event coordination, budget management, and member recruitment. Prior experience includes a food service role at Franzone’s Pizzeria & Restaurant and an externship with Lowe's Companies, Inc. A graduate of Lafayette College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Louie's foundational education also includes a high school diploma from Malvern Preparatory School.
