Rachel Rudolph

Rachel Rudolph is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and coaching, currently serving as an MSP Lead and MSP Recruiter at TEKsystems since November 2020. In this role, Rachel supports the MSP Talent Delivery Team to enhance customer support, while also specializing in recruiting IT professionals within the Applications Division. Previous experience includes serving as the Head Dance Team Coach at Lake Erie College, where Rachel managed team operations and recruitment efforts, and as a Food and Beverage Attendant at Quail Hollow Resort, where Rachel excelled in customer service. Additionally, Rachel contributed as an NDA Dance Instructor and Staff Member for Varsity Spirit, guiding dance teams nationwide. Rachel holds a degree in Dance from West Virginia University, attended from 2016 to 2020.
