Katrinka P.

Katrinka P. is an experienced system engineer with a significant background in telecommunications and software development. Currently a System Engineer at NETSCOUT since July 2015, Katrinka has also held a Tier 2 position at Tektronix Communications since July 2013. Prior to these roles, Katrinka worked at Ericsson from March 2010 to June 2013 as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, providing technical support for GSM Voice Core customers. Katrinka's extensive experience includes serving in various capacities at Nortel from January 1995 to February 2010, including Senior Software Designer and Global Product Support Manager, where responsibilities encompassed developing software tools, managing support teams, and leading projects related to LTE and SIP-I features. Katrinka holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin.
