Joe Ohama

Joe Ohama serves as the Facilities and Security Manager at Tektronix since April 2005, overseeing the maintenance and operation of multiple facilities across the United States and China. In addition, Joe holds a position as a Board Member for the Cascades Region of the American Red Cross and is actively involved with the Clark County Amateur Radio Emergency Services, contributing to emergency communications in the region. With a background in coaching for the Knights STEM Association, Joe has helped introduce younger students to engineering challenges, and has participated in various volunteer roles at local organizations, including sound mixing for a church band and organizing STEM events at an elementary school. Earlier in his career, Joe held leadership positions at Frito-Lay in maintenance and operations. Joe holds an MBA from Marylhurst University and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology from California State University, Fresno.
