Michael Belkin

Michael Belkin is a distinguished Professor Emeritus at Tel Aviv University, where academic contributions have spanned from 1980 to the present. In parallel, Michael serves as a Senior Consultant at the Singapore Eye Research Institute since April 1993, and has held the position of Director of the Eye Technologies Laboratory at Sheba Medical Center since 1984. Earlier, Michael was the Head of Research and Development for the Medical Corps of the Israel Defence Forces from May 1977 to May 1980. Michael's educational background includes an MD in Medicine from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Master of Arts in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
