Bo Wang

Bo Wang, PhD, currently serves as the Lead User Experience Researcher at Teladoc Health, focusing on chronic conditions and behavioral change and was awarded the 2023 Innovation Leadership Award. Previous roles include Senior User Experience Researcher at Best Buy, where Bo led research for a national membership program and consumer-facing technology products. Bo's academic experience includes a Senior Postdoctoral Researcher position at the University of Lausanne, where research centered on user satisfaction with public services, and a Doctoral Researcher role at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, culminating in a book-length dissertation. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Anthropology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Master of Arts from Peking University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Nanjing University. Additionally, Bo holds a certificate in Healthcare Innovation Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
