Larissa Lessard

Larissa Lessard is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Mental Health Lead at Teladoc Health since January 2022, Larissa has successfully launched improvements to the mental health appointment scheduling flow, achieving record-breaking completed visits and revenue growth. Prior experience includes roles as Lead Product Designer at Humana, where Larissa led cross-functional teams and managed direct reports, and as Senior Product Designer, where collaboration with data science resulted in impactful user stories. Earlier career highlights include mobile UX research and design for EverQuote's EverDrive app and significant contributions to UPMC Health Plan, enhancing user experience for health insurance apps.
