Norma Hilary Gibson

Norma Hilary Gibson is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in various sectors, including virtual healthcare, real estate, fintech, and education. Currently serving as the Product Lead for Innovation and Personalization at Teladoc Health since January 2023, Norma focuses on developing virtual healthcare solutions for individuals with chronic conditions. Previously, as Associate Director of Product at Landed, Norma played a key role in enhancing home ownership accessibility for essential professionals. Prior experiences include multiple product management roles at SimpliFi, business operations management at Yale University, and teaching positions with DSST Public Schools and Teach For America.
